聯(lián)邦速遞的經(jīng)營(yíng)城市僅有上海市、深圳市、廣州市、杭州市、天津市、大連市、鄭州市、成都市，UPS的經(jīng)營(yíng)城市只有上海市、廣州市、深圳市、天津市、西安市，二者經(jīng)營(yíng)城市范疇都未超出10個(gè)。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS精準(zhǔn)定位國(guó)際市場(chǎng)，網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物業(yè)務(wù)流程占有**比例的中通快遞、韻達(dá)快遞等“四通一達(dá)”并不受蔓延到。反倒是順豐速度與EMS，將*先應(yīng)對(duì)聯(lián)邦速遞、UPS之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。聯(lián)邦速遞等外資企業(yè)物流公司進(jìn)到中國(guó)時(shí)，快遞服務(wù)由國(guó)家商務(wù)部所管，經(jīng)營(yíng)并不受限制。2009年10月1日，《快遞業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可管理辦法》跟新改動(dòng)的《郵政法》同歩執(zhí)行，除開(kāi)初次法律上確立快遞公司企業(yè)的地位、明確提出快遞行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入條件之外，還要求投資者不可資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)信函國(guó)內(nèi)快遞服務(wù)，造成各大快遞行業(yè)巨頭中國(guó)快遞服務(wù)均或多或少受影響。上年，DHL把它運(yùn)營(yíng)國(guó)內(nèi)快遞行業(yè)的全一快遞****股權(quán)售賣(mài)，退出了國(guó)內(nèi)物流銷(xiāo)售市場(chǎng)。
