4.許可證件有效期與延續(xù)：

醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品注冊證書有效期四年。持證單位應(yīng)當(dāng)在產(chǎn)品注冊證書有效期屆滿前6個月內(nèi)，申請重新注冊。

現(xiàn)行法規(guī)規(guī)定，生產(chǎn)許可證審批時限30個工作日，產(chǎn)品注冊證審批時限90個工作日，但實際的產(chǎn)品注冊證審批時間大概在8-10個月(順利的話)。
